説明
wc がワイド文字ならば、
towctrans()
関数は変換記述子
desc に従ってその文字を変換する。wc が WEOF ならば、
WEOF が返される。
desc は、
wctrans(3)
が返した変換記述子でなければならない。
返り値
towctrans()
関数は、変換結果のワイド文字を返す。wc が WEOF
ならば、WEOF を返す。

towctrans()
の動作は、現在のロケールの
LC_CTYPE
カテゴリに依存する。
