This HOWTO document describe not only about Emacspeak but also fundamental things; installing Linux, how to use UNIX commands and so on. So, if you are practiced in these, please skip sectoin from 2 to 3 and read section 1, 4 and 5. Section 6 is included many FTP sites on which are avairable related softwares.
I have not checked Emacspeak's commands yet. If you make an experiment in Emacspeak(hardware, software), please tell me for detail via e-mail isaji@mxu.meshnet.or.jp, not to mention any comments welcome if incorrect translation appear :-). I'll add the information to next translation of this document.
